The educational content delves into the significant role of the chemokine receptor CCR9, which is essential for recruiting white blood cells to the gut, enhancing understanding of immune function.

Derived from X-ray crystal structure data meticulously solved by Heptares Therapeutics scientists, MoleculE 2 VR presents accurate 3D representations based on robust scientific research (Intracellular allosteric antagonism of the CCR9 receptor. Nature. 2016 Dec 15;540(7633):462-465. doi: 10.1038/nature20606).

This virtual reality experience prioritizes engagement, motivation, exploration, as well as visual and conceptual learning.
